Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Quote-Chaser, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding agreement. Quote-Chaser is intended primarily for business and professional use.

You must provide accurate account information, keep your login secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and must not share access in a way your plan does not permit.

Quote-Chaser helps users organise customers and quotes, schedule follow-ups, prepare communication links, generate PDF quotations and view business reports. Features may change as the service develops, provided this does not materially remove the core paid service without reasonable notice.

You retain ownership of information you enter. You give us the limited permission needed to host, copy, process and display that information solely to operate, secure and support Quote-Chaser.

You must have a lawful basis for storing customer information and sending messages. You must respect customer privacy rights and must not upload information you are not entitled to use.

Quote-Chaser is an organisational and document-generation tool, not legal, tax, accounting or professional advice. You are responsible for checking every price, VAT treatment, discount, date, customer detail, term and message before it is issued. A document generated by Quote-Chaser does not guarantee customer acceptance or payment.

You must not use Quote-Chaser to break the law, harass or mislead anyone, send unlawful marketing, infringe rights, distribute malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the service, scrape it at scale or reverse engineer it except where the law expressly permits.

Prices and included features are shown before purchase. Paid subscriptions renew for the stated billing period until cancelled. You may cancel future renewal at any time; access normally continues until the end of the paid period. Charges already incurred are non-refundable unless the law or a specific offer says otherwise. We will give reasonable notice of price changes.

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, security incidents and third-party outages may occasionally affect access. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, data or the service.

Quote-Chaser, its software, design, branding and documentation belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account remains active. They do not transfer ownership of the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost opportunities or decisions made from unchecked quote data. Our total liability connected with the service is limited to the fees you paid for Quote-Chaser in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for material or repeated breach, unlawful use, non-payment or a serious security risk. Where reasonable, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory rights or jurisdiction that applicable law gives you.

Nothing in these terms limits statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you use Quote-Chaser as a consumer, your rights under applicable UK consumer law remain unaffected.
